4 Days 3 Nights Samburu & Ol Pejeta Safari

Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel or the airport and start the journey north toward Samburu. The drive passes through peaceful farmlands and across the Equator near Nanyuki, where you can stop for photos and enjoy a picnic lunch. Continue through the semi-arid landscape until you reach Samburu, then check in at your camp or lodge. In the afternoon, embark on a short game drive to get your first glimpse of the park’s wildlife. Return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu

Spend the entire day exploring Samburu on morning and afternoon game drives. This quiet, less-visited reserve is home to species found only in northern Kenya, such as Reticulated giraffes, Grevy’s zebras, Beisa oryx, and the blue-legged Somali ostrich. Between drives, relax at the lodge and enjoy the views. Dinner and overnight stay follow at your camp or lodge.

Day 3: Samburu – Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast and a short morning game drive, depart Samburu and travel south to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive in time for lunch and check in at your lodge. In the afternoon, set out for a game drive to explore the sanctuary, home to white rhinos, elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, eland, oryx, gazelles, and many bird species. Optional activities include walking safaris, night drives, or a visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary. Return for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 4: Ol Pejeta – Nairobi

After breakfast, enjoy more wildlife activities at Ol Pejeta, including game drives, walking safaris, or a visit to the chimpanzee sanctuary. Later, depart for Nairobi, stopping for lunch on the way, and arrive in the early evening for drop-off at your hotel or airport, marking the end of your safari.
