Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport in the morning and begin the drive to Amboseli National Park along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, passing through traditional Maasai lands. Amboseli sits at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro and is known for its large elephant herds, lions, cheetahs, and wide open landscapes. The park includes several different habitats, from open plains and acacia woodlands to marshes, swamps, and rocky thorn-bush areas, with the Kilimanjaro massif towering in the background. Arrive in the afternoon and take a game drive across the park. Full board accommodation is included. Dinner and overnight at your camp or lodge.

Day 2: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru National Park

Wake early to enjoy the view of Mount Kilimanjaro from your lodge before breakfast. After breakfast, spend the morning on a drive through Amboseli, watching elephants and other wildlife move across the plains. Later, begin the drive to Lake Nakuru, descending into the Great Rift Valley along the way. Arrive in the evening, settle in at your lodge or camp, and have dinner. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, take a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its thousands of flamingos and wide variety of other birds, as well as rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo. Later, drive to Lake Naivasha, stopping for lunch along the way. On arrival, take a boat ride across the lake, with the chance to see hippos and feed fish eagles. Continue by boat to Crescent Island, where you will walk among giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other animals. Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, drive southwest to the Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After a short rest, head out for an afternoon drive in the reserve. The Mara is home to the Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and many species of antelope. Dinner and overnight at your camp or lodge.

Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara

Enjoy breakfast, then spend the day on the plains of the Mara with a packed lunch at the Mara River. Wildlife is abundant throughout the park, with large herds of elephants and plains game, as well as predators that can be observed at close range. There is an option to visit a local Maasai village in the afternoon to see traditional homes, meet the community, and watch dances performed by the Maasai men and women. Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast, check out and begin the drive back to Nairobi. Stop along the way for lunch before continuing to the city, arriving in the late afternoon or evening. Guests are dropped off at their hotel or the airport to conclude the safari.
